Consultation fee policy
A £45 Consultation fee is required at the time of booking an initial consultation appointment. This is non-refundable. You have up to 72 hours prior to your appointment to be able to move your appointment. You can only move your appointment once. If 72 hours notice is not provided you will lose this fee. This fee covers your Consultation with our trained staff. If you do not wish to see staff members but reserve time with our Medical Director only- the consultation fee is £200.
Surgical procedures policy
Fees are required upon booking a surgical procedure. Surgery fees are non- refundable. You have up to 4 weeks prior to your surgery appointment to be able to move your treatment to avoid loss of your fee. If you move your appointment you will need to provide a new date at the same time. Full procedure fee has to be received 2 weeks prior to your surgery date otherwise your slot will be cancelled.
Cancellation policy
Fees to secure a treatment appointment are non-refundable. The clinic allows patients to move their appointment once only if they need to reschedule their appointment. If you would like to rearrange your appointment, it must be before the 72 hour time period and you must provide an alternate date when re-booking. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will try but may not be able to carry out your treatment. In these circumstances this will result in a loss of the fee, patients will need to re-book.
Refunds policy
The clinic does not offer refunds.
Missed appointments
A missed appointment will result in a loss of the fee.
Re-scheduling
The clinic allows patients to reschedule their treatment appointment subject to 72 hours’ notice of their treatment appointment. If contact has not been made prior to the 72 hours notice period you will lose your fee.
Consent
All patients are required to fill out consent forms on the day of treatment.
